Replacements Only:
We offer replacements exclusively for items that arrive damaged during shipping or exhibit manufacturing defects.
Replacements are provided to ensure customers receive the product they ordered in acceptable condition.
7-Day Replacement Window:
Customers have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a replacement request.
Requests made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
The delivery date is determined by the shipping company’s tracking information.
Condition of Replacement:
To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be returned in its original condition.
This includes being unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
The original receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Customer-Funded Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with sending the defective item back to AnimeStash.
We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns.
It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method.
